This range of terms and conditions templates is for business who act as agencies i.e. they match clients up with service providers who can fulfill their clients' particular requirements. Agency businesses enter into a legal contract with their client and possible a service provider, depending on the type of agency. For example, a recruitment agency will need T&Cs that set out their terms of business between themselves and the client and between themselves and any applicants looking for work.
We offer two versions of T&Cs templates for agencies that deal with recruitment: one to form a legal contract between the agency and the client and the other between the agency and the applicant.
Specific legislation applies to some agencies e.g. any type of employment agency (a general recruitment agency, nanny agency, modelling agency, entertainment agency) must comply with:
- Employment Agencies Act 1973
- Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003
- Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

The 'client' versions of the T&Cs templates include a booking or proposal form which you can use to set out the specific of the client's requirements along with your terms. Similarly, the 'applicant' version includes a representation form that allows you to set out your terms of representation and the applicants specific skill set and type of work they are looking for.
