Tenancy England and Wales
Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement templates and notices for use in England and Wales. ASTs are the most common type of tenancy agreement used by private landlords when letting residential property in England and Wales. The property or any part of it can be furnished or unfurnished, with or without a garden, and the tenant or tenants must be an individual or individuals (i.e. not a company or partnership).
We offer ASTs for letting an entire property or a room within a property. This section also includes other contracts, notices, deeds and forms used by landlords when managing residential properties. While not an AST, we've also included a House Share Agreement in this section.
See also our Assured Shorthold Tenancy Fact Sheet for more details on the legal aspects of this type of tenancy agreement.
