Hire Agreement T&Cs
These Hire Agreement documents set out the terms and conditions of hire where the Owner of equipment hires out that equipment to a Hirer who is either a business or a consumer.
We offer a general equipment hire rental agreement as well as other documents for more specialised types of hire such as fancy dress hire, marquee hire, scaffolding and skip hire. Each rental agreement has been tailored to the specific needs of renting out the particular type of equipment.
These agreements are suitable for use where both the Owner of the equipment and the Hirer are in the UK. The documents include a set of general terms and conditions of hire and a Quotation and Acceptance section. The Quotation section allows you to provide specifics of the Hirer's rental. A legally binding rental agreement is formed once the Acceptance section is signed by the Hirer and Owner.
