This Catering Equipment Hire Agreement template set outs the terms and conditions of hire where the Owner hires out catering equipment without an operator to business (B2B) customers. Suitable for use where the Owner and Hirer are both in the UK.
This rental agreement is suitable renting out a wide range of catering equipment to businesses including:

The period of rental can be either fixed or open-ended (with a notice period). The catering equipment can only be used by the Hirer and only within the UK except with permission of the Owner. The terms and conditions allow for a deposit to be paid by the Hirer and for either the Hirer to deliver and collect the catering equipment, or for the Owner to deliver and collect.
The template agreement includes two additional section for setting out your quotation and for the Hirer to indicate their acceptance of your terms. The Quotation section allows you to provide specifics of the Hirer's rental (such as details of the catering equipment being hired, price, period of rental) along with the standard terms and conditions. A formal rental contract is formed once the Acceptance section is signed by the Onwer and the Hirer.
