An optional Proposal document is also included in both of the T&Cs templates so that you can give your client written details of their order along with your standard terms and conditions. Guidance notes on how to customise and use the templates are included.
These general T&Cs for B2C sale of goods are services are suitable for businesses based in England, Scotland and Wales. They includes clauses covering the terms applicable to a wide range of small businesses:

It's up to you to bring your terms and conditions to the attention of your customer in an appropriate and timely fashion in order that you terms become incorporated into the contract. If, like may traders, you print your terms and conditions on the reverse of the proposal (or quote) you give your customer, then it is prudent to add a reference on the front page to your terms and conditions printed on the reverse.
