This T&Cs template is for use when the service being provided is the survey of a commercial property in the form of a valuation survey and the production of a report containing details of your findings. The report may contain a market valuation or market rent for the property, depending on the type of survey being conducted and the instructions of your client.
This type of survey is not a building survey and is typical required if a mortgage on the property is being sought. Valuation of a commercial property can also be required in relation to preparing company accounts, probate, rent reviews or lease renewals. The report produced by the surveyor conducting a valuation survey contains a market valuation and/or market rent of the property.
