These terms and conditions templates set out the legal, financial and operational details of providing cleaning services to a client. Clauses specific to the cleaning industry are included, such as:
- minimum charge per visit
- deposit for one-off jobs
- provision of materials and equipment
- access to premises
- care of fragile/valuable items
- re-scheduling visits.
The B2C version is for use when providing domestic cleaning services to a private client i.e. cleaning a client's home. The B2B version is intended for use when providing cleaning services to a business i.e. office cleaning or cleaning of domestic premises on a commercial basis. Both versions are suitable for use when providing cleaning services as a one-off job or on an ongoing basis.
We provide and two versions for domestic cleaning (B2C): one for doorstep selling and one for other selling situations. The doorstep selling version includes an appropriate cancellation notice as well as a separate document to use when obtaining the customer's consent to provide goods and/or services before the end of the cancellation period.
An optional Proposal document is also included in all 3 versions so that you can give your client written details of their job along with your standard terms and conditions. All versions include guidance notes on how to customise and use the template.
