The terms and conditions templates set out the specifics of providing general handyman services to a client taking into account the particular requirements of the general and wide-ranging nature of this type of maintenance and repair work including:

The B2C version is for use when providing handyman services to a non-commercial client. The B2B version is intended for use when providing handyman services to a business.

We provide and two versions for domestic handyman services (B2C): one for doorstep selling and one for other selling situations. The doorstep selling version includes an appropriate cancellation notice as well as a separate document to use when obtaining the client's consent to provide goods and/or services before the end of the cancellation period.

An optional Proposal document is also included in all 3 versions so that you can give your client written details of their job along with your standard terms and conditions. All versions include guidance notes on how to customise and use the template.
