These terms and conditions templates set out the legal, financial and operational details of providing cleaning services to a client. Clauses specific to the building industry are included, such as:
- approvals and permissions

The B2C version is for use when providing building services to a private client i.e. carrying out building works on a client's home. The B2B version is intended for use when providing building services to a business client.
We provide and two versions for domestic building works (B2C): one for doorstep selling and one for other selling situations. The doorstep selling version includes an appropriate cancellation notice as well as a separate document to use when obtaining the customer's consent to start the job before the end of the cancellation period.
An optional Proposal document is also included in all 3 versions so that you can give your client written details of their building works along with your standard terms and conditions. All versions include guidance notes on how to customise and use the template.
