These documents set out the precise arrangements for the provision of services by a electrician or electrical contractor to a client taking into account the particular requirements of the electrical trade including:

The B2C versions are for use when providing electrical services to a domestic client; the B2B version for use with commercial clients.

We provide and two versions for domestic (B2C) electrical work : one for doorstep selling and one for other selling situations. The doorstep selling version includes an appropriate cancellation notice as well as a separate document to use when obtaining the customer's consent to provide goods and/or services before the end of the cancellation period.

An optional Proposal document is also included in all 3 versions so that you can give your client written details of their job along with your standard terms and conditions. All versions include guidance notes on how to customise and use the template.
