This General Power of Attorney gives the Attorney authority to take decisions and actions on behalf of the Donor, as if the Donor were taking them himself or herself, in relation to nearly all the Donor's property and financial affairs. This could include buying or selling property or shares, signing cheques etc.
It doesn't let the Attorney act where the Donor has as a trustee or personal representative (i.e. where the Granter is the co-owner of land or the administrator of someone's estate).
The package includes:
- Ordinary Power of Attorney
- Deed of Revocation.
For use in England and Wales.
