Software Licence

This Software Licence Agreement (sometimes known as an End User Licence Agreement or "EULA") is suitable for bespoke software and grants the user a non-exclusive licence to use the software for a specified period of time in accordance with a specified licence. The licence includes clauses relating to payment, acceptance testing, permitted and restricted use, insurance, confidentiality, warranties and liability. The licence provides that the licensor retains copyright.
