Shareholders Agreement

This Shareholders Agreement can be used where two or more parties wish to carry on business together as a limited company (i.e. an incorporated company limited by shares) and wish to regulate the relationship between shareholders and determine actions in the event of deadlock. It is suitable for a group of shareholders working together who wish to arrange for particular management decisions (relating to the structure of the company) to be taken unanimously and allows each shareholder to appoint one director.
