Rental Contract for Commercial Letting

We offer both long and lshort-term Commercial Leases suitable for letting premises such as a warehouse, shop, office or workshop for commercial use by a tenant.

If you are leasing out agricultural land, we offer an Allotment Tenancy Agreement, or if you are leasing land for grazing livestock we offer a short term Grazing Agreement with versions suitable for use in England and Wales or Scotland.

We offer a range of other agreements to cover rental of a Garage, Parking Space or Holiday Accommodation. This type of Rental Contract is suitable for use by private individual or business in either Scotland or England and Wales.

Rental Agreement for Residential Letting

We also have a wide range of residential leases and accompanying notices or documents for use when letting a property or share in a property for use as a tenant's home. There are significant differences between the residential letting documents for Scotland and England and Wales, so please be certain to select the Rental Agreement document appropriate for the location of the rental property. We offer tenancy agreements appropriate for use when renting an entire residential property, a room in a residential property or a room in the landlord's own home.
