Commercial Letting

We offer both short and long-term Commercial Leases suitable for letting premises such as an office, shop, warehouse or workshop for commercial use by a tenant.

Residential Letting and Tenancy Agreements

We also offer a wide range of residential leases and accompanying notices and documents for use when letting a property or share in a property for use as a tenant's home. There are significant differences between the residential letting documents for England and Wales and Scotland, so please be sure to select documents appropriate for the location of the rented property.

We offer tenancy agreements suitable for use when renting a whole residential property, a room within a residential property or a room within the landlord's own home. Agricultural Letting

If you are leasing agricultural land, we offer an Allotment Tenancy Agreement, or if you are leasing land for grazing livestock we offer a short term Grazing Agreement with versions suitable for use in Scotland or England and Wales.
