Property Inventory
A property inventory
should be made by the landlord or their agent prior to commencement
of any let. This should be checked by the tenant. The inventory should
include all those items included in the let, and note any damage existing.
This document has many normal furnishings
and fittings already listed, allowing quick selection and preparation.
You can easily extend the document to include additional rooms and/or items of property. For each inventory item you can record:
- model/details
- condition
- quantity.
This document can be used in conjunction with
a Tenancy Agreement to compare against condition of items on termination
of the tenancy.
We provide this Property Inventory document
in our Tenancy
Package for Scotland priced at £35.25 including VAT. The
package includes both versions of our Tenancy Agreement, Repairing Standard Letter, AT5, AT6, Ground 2 Notice, Notice to Quit, Section 33 Notice, and Inventory
(saving you more than £45 compared to buying the documents
individually).
This document is free when ordered individually.
