With a Property Annual Subscription you can order the above documents, for your own use as and when you need them, in whichever of our document formats you prefer, at no additional cost.

Once you have ordered and paid for your annual subscription we will send details of your subscription discount code to you by email. You should receive the email within minutes of successful payment. Using your subscription discount code you will then be able to order any of the above documents, packages and forms free of charge.

Please note, if you wish to use any of the documents as part of a service you provide to a third party e.g. you are a Letting Agent then you must purchase the Professional Use version of the Property Annual Subscription in order to comply with the Clickdocs terms and conditions. The Professional Use version allows you to use documents created using our templates as part of services you provide to your clients (but does not allow you to distribute or re-sell the base template document itself).The price of a Property Annual Subscription (Professional Use) is £211.50 (including VAT).
