A paternity policy describes the right of
male employees to take paid time off work around the time of the
birth of his child.
This paternity
policy is suitable for use in England, Wales and Scotland and includes
the following clauses:
- eligibility
- length of paternity leave
- paternity pay
- notification of absence
- self certificate
- rights during leave
- return to work.
