If a partner wishes to retire from a partnership then you will need a Minute of Retiral. This document is suitable for use with a traditional partnership in Scotland. This document is not suitable for use with a Limited Liability Partnership nor with a partnership in England or Wales.

This document is suitable for use in Scotland and contains the following clauses:

• Withdrawl of Partner and Continuation of Partnership
• Termination Payment
• Announcements
• Taxation Election.
