Single Linking Agreement
Incoming links from
other websites can attract valuable traffic and new users. Links can
also help the search engine ranking achieved by the website. Those sites
that provide the links and traffic have the opportunity to derive revenue
from the service they provide.
If you need an agreement where there are
to be reciprocal links between two websites (i.e. links point in
both directions), and for which there will be no fee, please see
our Mutual
Linking Agreement.
This particular
linking agreement sets out the terms for a one way link for which the
receiving website may or may not pay a fee to the provider of the link.
Effectively it is an agreement to advertise one website on another website.
Typically the link could be text link, banner image, or a whole page
of content - aimed at delivery of relevant visitors to the receiving
website.
