Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Agreements
When forming (or converting to) a Limited
Liability Partnership you need two basic documents: an LLP2 form
and a partnership agreement. The LLP2 form is the Companies House
form required to register the partnership and a partnership agreement
will set out how the the partners will run the business.
These documents are not suitable for forming
a traditional
Partnership Agreement. For a brief comparison between the two

LLP Agreement Package
Our Limited Liability Partnership Agreement
can be used for 2 to 10 partners who wish to go into business together.
Our partnership agreements outline a formal agreement between the
partners setting out their rights and obligations during the existence
of the partnership and also upon its dissolution. The Limited Liability
Partnership Agreement form specifies that the partners all share
in the profits equally and receive a specified salary and is structured
to satisfy the legislation governing the management of Limited Liability
Partnerships, in particular the requirement for designated members
and for reporting annually to Companies House.
You will also have to pay a £95 fee
to Companies House when you register.

If you already have an existing partnership
which you wish to convert to a Limited Liability Partnership, we
also have a package suitable for this. This assumes that the main
terms of the existing partnership remain the same, but be adapted
to meet the requirements of LLP legislation.
