Last Will and Testament (married person with children)

This Last Will and Testament is suitable for a married person with children who wishes to leave all or the majority of their assets to their husband or wife and thereafter to their children in equal shares. The Will provides that should a child die before they inherit, then that child's share will pass to their own children, if any.

An option is included to leave gifts (of money or property) to other named persons and/or charities. It is designed for use in estates where inheritance tax advice is not required and where the legacies are straightforward.

This Will is suitable for use in England, Wales and Scotland and includes the following provisions:

• revocation of previous Wills
• granting of legacies
• granting of charitable legacies
• appointment of two executors (the people responsible for carrying out your instructions and distributing your property and possessions after you die)
• appointment o ftwo guardians to look after any children below the age of majority in the event of the named spouse dying before you
• basic funeral arrangements.
