Import Agreement Terms and Conditions
These simple Terms and Conditions of Import
are suitable where a UK buyer is buying goods from abroad by way
of import in the course of a business to business (B2B) transaction
and addresses issues of foreign import and intellectual property.
The agreement refers to "Incoterms", a set of international standard
definitions published by the International Chamber of Commerce that
allow terms to be set without the risk of confusion, even when translated
into different languages.
These documents
set out the standard terms and conditions of purchase where you, the
buyer, are contracting with a seller in the course of a B2B transaction,
for the purchase of goods on your terms. These standard terms and conditions
of sale would normally be set out on the reverse of any order acceptance.
The agreement is suitable for use in England, Wales and Scotland and includes the following clauses:
- price and payment
- warranty
- delivery
- sub-contracting
- samples
- title and risk
- packaging
- inspection
- testing
- indemnity
- confidentiality
- termination.
The price of this
document is £40.89 including VAT. You can view a sample document here.
