This package of documents is suitable for letting a residential property (with a non-resident landlord) in England and Wales and includes:

• Inventory - for recording the contents of the property
• Section 8 Notice - notice served by landlord when seeking repossession over breach of terms
• Section 21 Notice (after fixed term) - notice served by landlord when seeking reposession after fixed term
• Section 21 Notice (during fixed term) - notice served by landlord when seeking reposession during fixed term
• Tenancy Agreement (house) - Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for use when renting an entire property
• Tenancy Agreement (room) - Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for use when renting a property room by room
• Prescribed information about the tenancy deposit scheme.
