Holiday Letting Agreement

This Holiday Letting Agreement is for use in letting a furnished property (eg a house, appartment, caravan or cottage) for a fixed term. It is specifically excluded from the Housing Act 1988, so tenants have no security of tenure and must vacate the property at the end of the fixed term or if in breach of the terms of the agreement. For use in England, Wales and Scotland.
