Hire Agreement Terms and Conditions

These hire agreement documents set out the terms and conditions of hire where the Owner of equipment (such as plant and machinery, tools, vehicles etc) hires out that equipment to a third party ("the Hirer") without an operator. Clauses relating to delivery and return, breakdown and repairs, Hirer's obligations, charging, insurance and liability are included. A form of contract between the Owner and the Hirer for the hire of the equipment should be used in conjunctions with these terms and conditions.

The agreements are suitable for businesses based in England, Wales and Scotland and includes the following clauses:
