Free Website Terms of Use

If you have a website, it is important to publish the terms of use that your users should accept, even if your site is a non-commercial or personal website. This statement should be accessible from any page on the website.

These terms of use have been prepared for use by personal and non-commercial websites, to cover basic terms on a single document with regard to privacy, terms of access and basic noticeboard use. These terms are not suitable for or available to commercial websites. We define a commercial website as any website operated by a limited company, sole trader or partnership, or any other website that takes advertising or sponsorship revenue in excess of £1000 pa or has an online trading facility.
