Form IN01

This document is issued free by Companies House. It is one of the suite of documents required when incorporating a company in the UK.  It replaces Form 10 and Form 12 which were used when incorporating a company prior to 1 October 2009.

Form IN01 needs to be completed with details of the initial directors, (optional) company secretaries, the address of the registered office, details of share capital and initial shareholdings (for companies limited by shares), details of subscribers (for companies limited by guarantee). The registered office can be in England and Wales, or in Scotland. The form must be signed by each subscriber or by a single agent on behalf of all subscribers.
