Export Agreement Terms and Conditions
These simple Terms and Conditions of Export are suitable
where a UK supplier is selling goods for export in the course of a business to business (B2B) transaction. They are
not suitable where the supplier is selling to another UK customer. The agreement refers to "Incoterms", a set
of international standard definitions published by the International Chamber of Commerce that allow terms to
be set without the risk of confusion, even when translated into different languages.
These documents
set out the standard terms and conditions of sale where you, the seller,
are contracting with a buyer in the course of a B2B transaction, for
the sale of goods on your terms. These standard terms and conditions
of sale would normally be set out on the reverse of any quotation.
The agreement is suitable for use in England, Wales and Scotland and includes the following clauses:
- price and payment
- delivery
- title and risk
- intellectual property rights
- bespoke goods
- confidentiality
- liability
- standards
- termination.
The price of this
document is £40.89 including VAT. You can view a sample document here.
