New Enduring Powers of Attorney cannot now be created, having been replaced on 1 Oct 2007 with the  Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA). There are two types of LPA:

• LPA - Health & Welfare - for health and welfare decisions
• LPA - Property & Affairs - for property and financial affairs.

An existing Enduring Power of Attorney can still be registered using the registration forms issued by the Office of the Public Guardian. You can order the latest version of the registration forms from us.
