An Employment Annual Subscription gives you access to all Clickdocs Employment documents, templates, contracts, forms and packages and forms for 1 year. With this subscription you can order any Clickdocs document in the Employment section, for your use as and when you need them, in whichever of our document formats you prefer, at no additional cost. The range of documents covers the jurisdictions of England, Wales and Scotland.
Once you have ordered and paid for your annual subscription we will send details of your subscription discount code to you by email. You should receive the email within minutes of successful payment. Using your subscription discount code you will then be able to order document, package or form free of charge. There is no automatic renewal, if you wish to maintain the subscription after one year, that is your choice.
There are two versions:
Own Use: if you wish to use documents to prepare documents for use directly by your own business, rather that as a service to a third party, then you can use the Own Use version of the Employment Annual Subscription. You are not permitted to use any of the documents as part of a service you provide to a third party nor are you permitted to distribute or re-sell the base template document itself.
Professional Use: if you wish to use any of the documents as part of a service you provide to a third party then you must purchase the Professional Use version of the Employment Annual Subscription in order to comply with the Clickdocs terms and conditions. The Professional Use version grants you a licence to use documents created using our templates as part of services you provide to your clients (but does not allow you to distribute or re-sell the base template document itself).

Please note: You will be charged for any documents purchased at the same time as an annual subscription. If there are some documents you need right away, order the annual subscription first and wait a few minutes to receive our email with details of your subscription code.
