Computer Maintenance Agreement

This Computer Maintenance Agreement sets out the terms and conditions where one party ("the provider") agrees to provide maintenance services to a customer in respect of certain computer hardware or equipment. The provider agrees to provide preventative maintenance services during "service hours" at intervals necessary to keep the equipment in good working condition and remedial maintenance services when notified that the equipment is inoperative.

In particular, the document covers maintenance charges, exclusion from maintenance, customer obligations, limitation of liability, confidentiality and termination.
